We need a custom made MS Access or similar solution for our small production company which produces juices, tea, wine and similar products which we sell as wholsale and retail products. Therefore we need a temporary solution to keep track of our warehouse/stock (incoming goods and finished products), customers, suppliers, sales (wholesale and retail), production log and similar.
Within the solution all of the tables need to be ralated and linked to one binding document for easy backlog (tracking) and reporting.
From this solution a defined set of users must be able to add customers, suppliers, goods, finished products, issue invoices, issue offers, warehouse documents ... everything needed for performing common daily business opreations.
A user in a production facility must be able to track daily production activites (production log) and keep track of all production enironment variables (room temaperature, moisture...), fruit yield, juice brix level, weight, power consumption, working hours, used goods and materials for production, new finished products...
A typical sales user must be able to see the stock of finished products ready for sale, be able to make unified (template based) offers based on the stock level and be able to make the reservations of the goods, track the sales record for a specific customer, to be able to link a purchase document from the customer to the offer, conclude the sales and generate a document for transport of the goods(dispatch note) - which then causes the removal of the goods from the stock and triggers a user from the accounting to issue the invoice.
Management users must be able to extract reports on daily, monthly, yearly sales, warehouse stock, revenue streams, profit...
