I need my smart screens to cycle smoothly through text, images, and videos, all triggered by scheduled updates. Instead of an RSS, API, or direct database feed, the workflow relies on uploading a prepared file through the signage software, so the schedule must read and apply that file automatically. Core objectives • Organise the media library (text snippets, JPEG/PNG images, MP4 videos) and map each item to the correct time slots. • Configure the scheduler so new upload files are detected, parsed, and pushed to every screen at the exact times I specify—no manual intervention once the file is in place. • Optimise file formats and resolutions so playback is crisp on every display and transitions are seamless. Acceptance criteria • Each screen shows the right content at the right time for a seven-day test cycle. • A single file upload through the software updates all screens without errors. • Clear hand-off documentation explains how to generate future upload files and adjust the timetable. The platform already supports remote management; what’s missing is someone who can structure the playlists, build the scheduling logic, and verify everything behaves reliably.
