Hiring senior US-based engineers who can truly own features end-to-end is one of the hardest hires — especially when you need polished, production React work alongside backend services. I led development of Program Pro, an edtech/SaaS app with separate coach and client flows, a React SPA front end, Django/Python REST APIs, background workers for scheduling and notifications, and AWS containerized deployment.
