Hi, You already have a working system, so the real risk is that the stock numbers quietly drift. If purchases, sales and batch movements do not agree with each other, then the dashboard, the alerts and the reports on top of them are all wrong too. That is where I would start rather than with the look of it. First phase: - Read through the code and database and map how stock actually moves today - Test the purchase to stock to sales flow with real cases and fix what is off - Check batch numbers and expiry dates land on the right records, so the alerts fire on the right products - Tighten the login and access side so the wrong person cannot change stock - Send you a written list of everything else I found, ordered by what is worth fixing next INR 14,000, delivered in 10 days. One question: is stock held as a running balance on the product, or worked out from the purchase and sales entries each time? That decides how much of this is a data fix and how much is a code fix.
