The software will be able to perform non-compartmental analysis for Pharmacokinetic data. In the basic situation, it will recieve data that represent the blood concentrations, dosing info, and others. Then, it will perform some calculations to provide the area under the curve, Maximum concentration, Minimum concentration,...( and many other parameters) for each individual. Another function of the software, it will provide summary statistics of the individuals parameters ( like mean, geometric mean, median, etc), and create plots of these results. The software needs to be user-friendly, flexible to different types of data ( plasma, blood, urine, ..etc), and have version control as traceability is very important.
