Need developer for Pricing Chatbot

Hello, I'm looking for someone to update a Pricing Chatbot.
The chatbot currently asks user information but there are a still few things to be done in order for the chatbot to make sense. Here are the tasks that I need doing:
Once the chatbot asks for #of followers (nf), # of tweets (nt) and # of admin (na), I need the chatbot to show the price based on this formula:
If nt is < 20 then the price is nf*na*0.1
If nt is > 20 and < 100 then the price is nf*na*0.2
If nt is > 100 and < 200 then the price is nf*na*0.2
If nt is > 200 then the price is nf*na*0.2
In any case the price must be at least 10 and can’t exceed 50 000.
When asking for # of followers and # admin, the chatbot needs to check if the answer is a number, if it isn’t it needs to tell the user to select a number. Same for the # of tweets, if the user hasn’t clicked on a button, the chat to needs to ask the question again.
Last, right at the end, the chatbot needs to propose the user to talk to the sales team and add a clickable button that starts a phone call.
