Greetings, thanks for considering my proposal! I can definitely help you by creating a script that would enter the currency exchange values into your database. Although your server architecture wasn't clearly specified in the project description, I am assuming this is a Microsoft environment by the listed Skills Required. No worries in any case, I could develop this to work in a variety of environments quickly and easily. If this is a MS system, a simple VBscript would get the job done every day with no noticeable effect on server resources. That would be the simplest way to capture the source variable to your SQL table at specified intervals (daily, hourly, etc..)

I will not charge you for the software design. Bulk of Fee is due when the software is delivered to you. You can hold the remaining $10 until you are satisfied with how the application looks and works (per original specs). I will allow for one or more currencies (if needed). So you can capture multiple exchange rates concurrently. I will have options for changing the database connection (if you migrate the database to a different location you can update the connection string w/o additional coding). I am based in the US and only do one project at a time. Your project will always be top priority. After the final application is delivered and completed. I will be available for support if you need additional functions added (reporting) or run into problems using the software. Additional fees will apply for any development beyond the scope of the original project. I usually get $45 / hour for software development professionally. This project I'm bidding at a rate of approximately $10 / hour. This is a good deal for you.
