Why do we need this solution?
API has been invoicing due commissions using Excel spreadsheets. But because of the amount of data we use to invoice is significant we need to convert our spreadsheets in to a data base solution with the same features that we have available right now.

Since 1984 we’ve been providing crews with an exceptional layover experience while achieving maximum value for our airline and transportation partners.
What do we need?
Basically we need to convert all the features we have in our spreadsheets in to a database solution. This new database solution will be fed with data coming from our main platform called ACES, our software that manages crew hotel and ground transportation services operations.
Currently our spreadsheets does the following:
Manage commission agreement for different commission rates.
Invoices contracted and non-contracted hotels regarding to room usage commissions.
Our template stats the amount of commission according to each room rate paid.
Prepare and converting invoices data in to Quick Books format.
The proponent should state a fixed price for this project.
