I'm looking to create a Twilio SMS simple survey that will message a list of users at a set time. I'm thinking the host will be a AWS linux server running python.
I set up a simple survey in Twilio studio, but need the data held in a server that I can review after.
The SMS survey will be;
How was the course on a scale of 1-10?
Did you enjoy your session Y/N?
Will you recommend us to others Y/N?
How many hours did it take you to complete (1-24hr)?
Ends with a statement, thank you etc that changes based on first question.
Then it will send a response based on the first response that I can change in a file or db. So if a user says they enjoyed the course 10, the SMS will say, Great! Or if they select 1, it will say, We will try to improve based on your feedback.
This all can be done within python or variable files so I can modify as the classes change. I will also need it to send an email to myself with the users responses. The reports should show all their responses in the past 7-30 days (I want to be able to modify this as well as required)
We can put all the responses in a flat file or database.
