Turn images in to videos + text from a data feed

Hi, i’m looking to create an automated piece of software that will take between 10-20 images and turn them in to a 60-90 second video. On top of this i’d need text from a data feed which would overlay into the video. I would need the software to do between 2,000-10,000 different videos a month. (I can provide a graphic designer to help with the look of the videos if needed). Thanks Stuart
