Should have experience building APIs from scratch in python frameworks(falcon, flask)
Versioning/authentication/security related extensions/ORM/request validation modules/file upload-download/Throttling modules/Tracking modules/auto-documentation(swagger).
Initial requirement will be to build 3-4 public apis. All APIs would involve following:
a) api key authentication
b) interaction with DB(either GET/POST) or calls to our internal microservices or to
Elasticsearch cluster.
c) Tracking Usage
Detailed Requirement specification on each API will be provided. (input params/output params). It may be a long term project after working together initially. Quality of work and attention to details is very important.
