NHAI Toll Tax Management Software

Hi I'm looking for a company or freelancer who has prior experience of building Toll Tax Management Software. An integrated Highway Toll Management System needed with standard Toll collection functionalities. Following is the scope of work- *Video Incident Detection functionality from different n numbers (configurable) video cameras * Electronic Payment Options * Implementation for Toll Lane locally and also a centralized Toll Plaza system as consolidated functionality. • An automated transfer operation need to be existed to transfer the transaction and event records from the Lane computer to the Plaza computer. All databases are automatically synchronized whenever the Ethernet network is available between the computers. • The lanes need to be able to function independently from the plaza. A local database is installed on every Lane Subsystem with a centralized database on the Plaza Subsystem. • Transfer configuration information from the plaza computer to the lane computer through either a daily scheduled automated update, or an administrator requested update. • The system need to be able to detect the passage of a vehicle and generates an event, even if the lane is closed. • *The system provides the ability to backup, restore, and purge data. * The User ID controls the access rights to toll systems operation. The system need to supports configurable, access rights in any groups: Administrator, Maintenance, and Supervisor or new groups on the basis of access control system defined within functionality of this system for different operations. * System needs to provide Interface to Lane AVC, Gates, Sensors * Way in Motion (WIM) Option * The system needs to supports any number of vehicle classes and has an administrator configurable rate associated with each class. The system automatically retrieves the configured rate when the operator selects a class. * The system should have the ability to enable or disable the following: •Receipt printing for a payment method •Open / Close cash drawer for a payment method •Automatic printing of event records on the plaza's printer * System need to able support for touch screen monitors, so GUI controls should be designed accordingly and atheistically * System should be based on Windows Platform using VC++, C#.net, XML, Web services technologies and architecture. The system needs to supports multiple languages as supported by the Microsoft Windows OS Environment. * System should be database vendor independent, and can get implemented on open source or proprietary databases as well as * An extensive reporting module need to be provided for toll plaza as per advance analysis activities.
