Currently we do estimates for a job off an excel spreadsheet. This has worked well, however, recently we have decided that we need an app to do this so that information is all kept in the same place. What we need in an app is:
- the ability to take images/ videos and notes from a job (so sales person would access the app when on site, then take the images which would all save in a file named by the job.)
- a database of all clients/ potential clients
- the ability to then go onto that job, click 'create estimate' and we would insert all details of the job, which would then (through multiple formulas) create an estimate
- from here, we need this to be transformed to a pdf which can be sent to the customer.
- a cost sheet which is also generated from the estimate details, then a page on project details also.
