We are in the process of implementing an API and have run into a specification problem in the Python code where the API programmer cannot see the actual part of the code that is triggered on the fly - to execute run-time when a specific array is changed. I need a skilled Python/Django/Flask programmer to REVIEW the code in BitBucket; IDENTIFY the trigger; and provide a short explanation to the API programmer where and how it works - so that we can get back to the API project. Please ONLY very experienced Python programmers!!!
