Edit Excel Macro that converts excel file, strips and rearranges, some data into .csv/.txt

We have an excel file that we use to keep track of all of our in progress orders for a specific customer. We are supposed to share the status of our orders with that customer on a daily basis. We had a macro set up to strip some of the fields and information, and re-arrange some of the fields then save the output to a specified folder as a .csv. The customer is using sterling by IBM which as I understand it is some kind of service for handling EDI files. I am attaching an example of the output file. Their latest request is that we remove the quotation marks from each line. My understanding is that the quotation marks are just a basic part of a .csv file which tells the program viewing it that it is a new record. When I view the file in excel I don't see any quotation marks of course. However, when I view the file with note pad that is when I see the quotation marks. I suspect a line could be added to the macro that simply strips the quotation marks? Need an expert to advise.. Thank you!
