I've implemented several compilers, interpreters, and virtual machines in the past. Right now I'm working on a project where I'm reverse-engineering Bison-style LALR(1) grammars from C++ code. I'm proficient with lexer and parser-generator tools like Flex/Bison, but also ANTLR4, and I am confident that I can write a compiler that targets JVM, LLVM, MIPS, or x86-64 (even though I'd find such requirement rather strange). Aho/Lam/Sethi/Ullman, Appel's "Modern Compiler Implementation in C", and Parr's "The Definitive ANTLR4 Reference" never leave my desk. I think that I'm perfectly equipped to easily solve any compiler-related problem in that price range.
The bid price is negotiable, depending on what you need exactly. If it's a "compiler" for some simple stack-based calculator, I might reduce the price accordingly. I would like to talk in the chat and find out more.
