We are looking for a CRM development.
We need a software engineer who can do following tasks
A platform where services field providers can manage their clients easily.
1- Creating Profile
2- Login to profile
3- Creating Client profile with Name, Contact detail for each of the clients.
4- Pro needs to be able to create insurance claim document. Document creation should be done Online through the app.
5- Pro fills all the required info for document, including attaching photos, then handover iPad for client to sign on the spot, and this document after client signed will be added in the Document section of the application.
6- There is also an appointment section that will consist of calender
IMPORTANT NOTE: Claim Document creation must be part of the app. Pro will be able to create a whole document by selecting the service type from the dropdown.
There will be different Claim Documents to select from. We'll have AC Repair claims, Property claims, Roof claims.
Like the project description states, a platform to help field service provider manage clients.
EXAMPLE: XYZ company wants to log in the app or website and see his clients list.
This would be the flow: Log in > Clients > Client Profile
Each "Client Profile" will have the following
Client info | Client e-Signed documents | Client Note Hisotry | Client Appointments History
Here is the example of how it works
AC Repair 'XYZ' company creates an account and has a provider profile
XYZ company log in and add a new client name 'John Doe'
When XYZ company clicks on 'John Doe' client, John Doe now has the following tabs
Client info - John Doe and his address
Documents - e-signed claim documents John Doe signed
Note History - Notes of inquiries on John Doe
Calendar - Appointments set with John Doe
XYZ can keep adding and manage clients, but client cannot log in.
The BIGGEST problem this app will solve:
Field providers usually go to clients with paper-work, take photos of damages, ask client
to sign a paper and then put everything together in a single PDF to then send to insurance company and lawyers.
Instead of doing the above on paper, they will now be able to go to clients with an iPad.
Using the iPad, they will create an account for client, select a claim document type, complete
that document by adding details of claim, attaching photos, all in one visit and ask client
to sign at the bottom of the claim document.
That claim document will be turned into PDF and saved under that client Document section.
This document can be downloaded later or email to client, insurance companies and lawyers.

This could be just an app and the website would just provide information about the app.
