I have a hardware device that is controlled over USB. The program is already written for the host controller which is the part I need to extend. The controller is written in Kivy/Python and C. It communicates with an NXP M3 processor which then controls various hardware parameters.
I wish to extend the functionality of the controller software to match the updated number of parameters in the hardware. I also want to design a dynamic engine that I can embed into the control app and use that to control the hardware devices parameters. A simple python or c widget needs to be created to start, then that widget applied to the different parameters in the hardware, and that widget's controls to be added to the host controller.
To make sure you understand the project and to prove you have the necessary build environments to cope with the project. I will ask you to create as many different builds of the Kivy project as it stands. Then transfer those dev environment to my computer so we can work together. We will need to make a version of the software for Mac os, Pc, Ipad and Android.
