Create an Overlay in Pine for TradingView Charts

Looking for a chart analyst/programmer to create an overlay indicator in PINE (the [login to view URL] scripting language for financial price charts). The indicator needs to start with the first candle in the chart and compare all subsequent candle highs and lows with the highs and lows of the last and next candles. If for example, the current candle high is higher than the last candle high AND higher than the next candle high THEN the current candle high will be 'marked' in some way, perhaps circled or ticked with a dot above. The same applies to each candle low. The above is pseudo code for what I like to refer to as 'full separation' (see image). This condition helps to identify an 'event' and events are the basis for all price counting. This overlay will potentially help dozens, perhaps hundreds of traders to count price more accurately by taking the 'subjective' element out of price counting. The overlay has to be accurate to within a fraction of a point and it should have a special mark for candle tops or tails that are EVEN with neighboring candles.
