Create linux command line utility that allows to search and replace recursively -- 2

I need a linux command line utility binary application with source code that allows me doing this.

searchreplace *.php [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] -r -y [url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view] , our program will need to find that [url removed, login to view] string (large string) in all files

[url removed, login to view] , our program will replace the found string with the replace with one , if the [url removed, login to view] file is empty we will replace with empty (so clear the found string on the files)

-r = recursive search , otherwise it will stick to the current directory

-y = auto confirmation , otherwise manual confirmation y/n

[url removed, login to view] , our program will create an output log

It should be able to run on command line and accept params.

I am not looking for a .sh batch script , I need a compiled linux binary application that can be run from the command line and it's source code

Must work in CentOS , Ubuntu and Debian as well.

I am going to use this utility to search and replace recursively in multiple files to fix scripts, can provide a sample .php with text string that needs to be cleaned / replaced, just bid and message me.

I can accept max $100 for this project.
