Create backtesting program

Create a program using Alpha Vantage API to backtest stock tickers historical data and near real time data. Would be grabbing specific data at time of alert and as time progresses. Would need to populate 10 or so criteria and be able to run program on demand. I would need to update the source file as needed and be able to run on demand.
