I maintain an excel sheet called "Risk Register". In that I list down the risk description, risk type, risk rating, risk classification and planned action taken.
All of that is being down on MS Excel. I need to have all this information in a software or any other database system, which will help me to automate certain fields, prepare customized reports based on that information and create graphs/charts etc.
Not looking for anything comprehensive.
