I have data from a local health census on an access database and would like to create a program/software that creates a summary sheet that automatically identifies and highlights when certain fields within Access meet a criteria. For example, if a mother has more than 3 children under five years of age, I want that information automatically highlighted in a summary sheet. Microsoft Access already allows you to create reports that can function as a summary sheet, but in the past I have to go through these sheets manually to annotate the abnormal findings. Additionally, I would like the software/program to insert a sentence on the top of the summary sheet describing what abnormalities the program identified.
