I need someone to build a MS Access database that will allow me to Track tasks and report category, allows a outlook for each individual that works within the department to create a weekly/monthly goal set for task. Also, allow a hierarchy of users that can task lower ranking, giving deadlines, requesting updates, and notification.
A calendar view of delinquent and active items. This also to be linked with Microsoft outlook.
Additionally, having equipment issued to individuals tracked and allow an ability to digitally sign for receipt of item and stored.
Allow equipment to be owned by a lower ranking individuals and give them the ability to report item malfunction or unserviceability. When they do this a notification is sent up the chain and documented, this will go to an individual assigned as responsible for repairing equipment and will not be resolved until that person marks complete with explanation of repair, again report is made; however, repaired status needs to be accepted or reject by individual that reported, if not it will stay in queue.
Weekly reports created for each of these items that need to be made and signed for department/supervisor responsible. Along with up their chain of command.
Platform is currently Microsoft 2010.
