Need a construction/project-based purchasing program to control our purchasing procedure.
Need to be able to enter a list of components (parts) by description, and produce a printable sheet with our part numbers, the supplier(/s) part numbers, cost price, supplier and quantity.
Need to be able to check off items that are in stock, and amend the list accordingly. Then send the list off to the relevant suppliers for the balance of goods. With an order number. Given that each project will have goods coming from 2-6 different suppliers.
Need an editable field for project name/number, due date.
Need an area to enter Carrier and Consignment Note/Tracking number for goods from each supplier.
Need to show a project cost.
Need to be able to upload data (product description, part numbers, cost price, supplier and alternate supplier etc) by csv.
Optional; automatically update ETA status for 5 major freight companies in Australia (Toll, Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please, Startrack) same as eBay does
Optional; allow insert of images for each product when selecting products to order
Can be web-based (preferred) so we can use it on site as well as in the office. Or a PC program (exe).
