Water path
Start path from the water pump and finish in object connectors
Water path working in the underground. If start working creates view only underground. House looks green and red and blue is object connection. If the building has water then is color green if buildings don't have water then is color red. Water connection is always blue.
Path water always starts in the water pump. If water doesn't a connection with the building that doesn't have water.

All object don't need water,
For this reason, have options for chance or just parameters
If object need water
Then start using water like 10 liters for minutes. All boulding using water every 1 minute

We are in a hurry on our other project, so that's why we are extending the delivery a lot to make sure we finish everything before time runs out (that's mainly because we will only able to work part-time on your project).
The system that you're asking is little bit more complicated and require a lot of work to make it look polished. Also we are going to do that on your main project, because it really requires a lot of tweaking that can't be easily migrated between projects.
Here's a brief list of the main issues that we would need to solve to make it work:
- Create a system to specify where the water pump can be placed;
- X-Ray vision for underground placement;
- Create water paths;
- Auto connect to near buildings that use water;
- Create a system that replenishes and use water on the buildings that are connected to a pump.
Here's also a few extras that we may implement for this price:
- Apply the buildings and road system on your main project;
- 3D Graphics tuning for better visuals and performance;
