I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Metatrader. I am looking to have artificial neural network/ deep learning integrated into my mt4 expert advisor, i am not sure which software would be the best fit for my project. I would like for the neural network/deep learning to test EA forwards and backwards, fine tune to the best parameters, predictive modeling, learn in real time and apply.
