Upgrade Visual Basic 6 Project to .net 2013 C#

We are financing company based in Kuwait since 2003. We have windows desktop application written in Visual Basic 6 and using Crystal Report 7.0. Backend is SQL 2008. It is currently used in production environment and working fine. We would like to upgrade this Project to [login to view URL] C# 2013 and keep it as Desktop Application. 1. [login to view URL] C# 2013. 2. Crystal reports 13 3. Telerik Forms and Telerik Controls. We have already upgraded the forms and controls to Telerik controls in C#. Now only the code needs to be upgraded. Deliverables: 1. The PROJECT should be upgraded to [login to view URL] C# 2013 with Telerik controls and work like the old project with no bugs. 2. The crystal reports should be upgraded to version 13 and work properly with new .net version. 3. All the source code should be submitted at each meeting so we can monitor the progress. 4. The static messagebox text should be stored in database and displayed. 5. Non Disclosure Agreement for the source code and our Data or Material has to be signed before we proceed with the project. 6. The project will be divided into phases as well as payment.
