We currently run both Zoho CRM and QuoteWerks. Both products have API's freely available.

When in QuoteWerks and saving a new quote or changing the status that this is then saved in Zoho CRM as a Potential while a quote or closes the potential if won or lost.
Does not need all the detail of the quote transferred, needs to be able to look up the contact in Zoho CRM, attach Quote as a Potential in Zoho CRM with the following info from QuoteWerks: Quote Number, Short Description(from QW custom field), Quote value, probability, salesperson plus the abiltiy to map some additional fields would be ideal.
