Bangla Language support in Sigil

Looking for a developer who would be able to work on unicode language and fonts support to our xml processing tools. As part of the development, we would like you to give unicode Bangla language support to Sigil which is a open source editor. Here are the list of tasks:

1. Add a language button in Sigil tool and have Bangla, Hindi, Urdu, English, Arabic, and others in the list...

2. If Bangla is selected, then activate Bangla fonts and the typing in the keyboard should type Bangla as per the rendering algorithm we have

3. The default language is always english.

Deliverables:

1. Complete updated Sigil source codes with the addition of Bangla language handling source code

2. Make files and compile instructions

The agreed upon milestones will include bug fixes at then end.
