If you are considering what events are upcoming or looking to consider what you might be prepared for, this would be the easiest way to choose by item or event, and then look at what you need. It is also easier (and less work in the long run) to start with information on a spread sheet if you are going to eventually upload or transfer it to a stocking or inventory system of any type.

This takes time to do correctly, and if you want it done well: up to ten hours for "100 occasions".
My bid is for 10 hours, 20$/hour to provide a spread sheet that is easily sortable with up to 100 occasions. If multiple people need to access/manipulate/track this information it would likely be best presented in a google sheet.
