Need 1,000 New Facebook Fans

Facebook page needs 1000 new fans. The page is built for my online pet shop and has been dormant for a year. I am going to add photos, videos and articles about dogs and cats to it on a regular basis from now on and I need to generate new fans.

Requirements:
- All fans must be real people with active FB accounts
- All fans must come from Hong Kong
- Fan's age: >25
- They must have a geniune interest in dogs, cats, pets (i.e. they won't unlike the page because they see photos / posts about pets)
- You should use legal practice to attract fans. No bots, no blackhat techniques. Your action should not make FB ban or delete my account.
- You won't get admin access to my account
- To be completed within 6 weeks
You will be paid 50% when I get 500 new fans and 50% on project completion. I will use FB insight to check if the new fans meet the demographic (age) and location requirements. If they don't, you will not get paid. Please briefly explain how you will generate fans in your bid. Prior experience doing similar projects is essential.
Note:
My page can only be viewed by people in these countries: Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. If you are located in other countries, you may not see the page properly, however, you can still bid on the project if you can generate fans according to my requirements.
