Job Description:
[login to view URL] is a full-stack marketing team that provides growth marketing services to early stage startups on a fractional basis.
We’re currently recruiting an experienced Social Media manager to manage campaigns on behalf of multiple clients.
The applicant will be part of a team of performance marketers, embedded in our clients marketing department and will be reporting directly to the Growth Manager, while in constant communication with the clients. Get-To-Rev core competence is its Agile marketing framework, therefore priority will be given to candidates with proven knowledge of Agile methodology.
The Senior Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for planning and executing successful paid social media campaigns for early stage startups. This includes creating and managing budgets, researching and selecting target audiences, creating ad copy and graphics, and analyzing and reporting on campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid social media strategies to meet business objectives
Create and manage budgets for paid social media campaigns
Research and identify target audiences for campaigns
Develop and implement ad copy and graphics
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and make adjustments as needed
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid social media advertising
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in paid social media advertising
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok)
Experience with A/B testing and optimization of campaigns
Proven track record of creating and executing successful paid social media campaigns
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising best practices.
