The goal of this project is not only to find suitable gaming influencers, streamers, and content creators in the United States, but also to help contact them, discuss potential collaborations, collect pricing, and assist with initial partnership negotiations. **Main Platforms:** TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, and X (Twitter). **Target Creator Categories:** * Gaming influencers * Gaming streamers * Mobile gaming creators * PC gaming creators * Gameplay content creators * Game review creators * Gaming tutorial / tips creators * Livestreaming creators * Slots / casino-style gaming creators * Social casino / sweepstakes-style gaming creators **Creator Requirements:** * Preferably based in the United States or with a strong U.S. audience * Active and consistently posting content * Real followers and genuine engagement * Stable average views and engagement * Preferably experienced with sponsored content, brand deals, or gaming promotions * Preferably has a public business email, manager, agency, or other professional contact method * Avoid fake followers, inactive accounts, or creators whose audience is mainly outside the U.S. **Part 1 — Influencer Research and Screening** For each creator, please provide as much of the following information as possible: * Creator / Influencer Name * Platform * Profile URL * Followers / Subscribers * Average Video Views * Average Likes / Comments * Engagement Rate * Main Audience Country * Estimated Percentage of U.S. Audience * Gaming Niche / Content Category * Business Email * Manager / Agency Contact * Discord / Telegram / Other Public Business Contact * Previous Brand Collaborations * Previous Gaming Promotion Experience * Estimated Promotion Rate / Price **Part 2 — Influencer Outreach** You will also be responsible for contacting suitable creators through available business channels, such as: * Business Email * Influencer Manager / Agency * Instagram DM * TikTok * X (Twitter) * Discord * Other public business contact methods The purpose of the outreach is to introduce the collaboration opportunity and confirm whether the creator is interested. **Part 3 — Collect Collaboration Rates** Please collect pricing for different types of collaboration where applicable, including: * TikTok sponsored video * YouTube dedicated video * YouTube video integration * YouTube Shorts * Instagram Reel / Post / Story * Twitch livestream promotion * Gameplay / game testing content * Livestream mention or sponsorship * Long-term brand partnership * Affiliate / CPA / Revenue Share cooperation **Part 4 — Initial Negotiation** I would also like help with the initial negotiation process, including: * Asking for the creator’s best / lowest collaboration rate * Negotiating more competitive pricing * Confirming the promotion format * Confirming the social media platform * Confirming the posting date * Confirming video or livestream duration * Confirming whether promotional links can be included * Confirming whether campaign performance reports will be provided * Confirming payment terms and payment schedule All important commercial terms must be approved by me before final confirmation. **You are not authorized to sign contracts, confirm final pricing, or commit to payments on my behalf without my explicit approval.** **Part 5 — Collaboration Tracking Sheet** All creators and communication progress should be organized clearly in Excel or Google Sheets. The goal is to identify high-quality gaming creators who are suitable for the U.S. market, contact them, collect real collaboration rates, assist with negotiations, and help shortlist creators who are genuinely worth working with. Accuracy and quality are more important than quantity.
