I need a proactive manager to run and grow my social media community across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The focus is entirely on photo and video posts—short-form clips, Reels, Stories and eye-catching graphics that keep the feed lively while sparking genuine conversation in the comments and DMs. The manager must be based in latin america and needs to speak fluent spanish and english. Hashtag research, trend spotting and basic editing in tools like Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express should feel second-nature to you. For transparency and smooth collaboration, I expect: • A two-week rolling content calendar approved in advance • Daily engagement—responding, moderating and flagging anything I should personally address • A concise weekly dashboard with growth, reach, saves, shares and community sentiment If you’re comfortable owning these tasks and can demonstrate past wins managing photo/video-centric pages, let’s get started.
