Smart Thermostat

what I want to do is, design and simulation of an intelligent thermostat in Matlab and GUI. The controller in thermostat must take a set of variables and data like (user preferences, user presence, prices and indoor and outdoor temperatures) and based on these parameters send commands to turn the HVAC off/on in each room(Number of rooms are 3 with different dimensions) to manage power and save money. the thermostat has to train itself after awhile when we change the parameters as habits of new consumer. for this purpose, we need to have an "intelligent simulator engine" in the behind of the GUI Matlab based on ANN methods or Fuzzy methods or Hybrid methods(neuro-fuzzy)to make such decisions. I must submit this simulation in one year let's say July 2013. I did many researches on this topic and most of mathematical equations and relevant papers have been prepared already. So, if you are agree or need more details let me know and I appreciate if you let me know that you can do this simulation. at the end I need the source of codes and about 40 pages report. I need also a timeline of how the project will go ahead and biweekly report. Look forward to hearing from you.
