We are seeking an experienced Smart Contract Engineer to support the continued development of a Web3 developer reputation platform. The platform is currently under active development and has not yet been deployed publicly. It is designed to create verifiable developer profiles using technical contributions, wallet activity, smart contract deployments, project history, attestations, and other professional evidence. The selected engineer will review the existing smart contract architecture, identify security and design improvements, and contribute to the development of reliable on-chain reputation features. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain contracts for developer profiles, attestations, credentials, reputation records, and verification workflows. Implement secure minting, ownership, access-control, and wallet-based authorization logic. Integrate contracts with frontend, backend, and blockchain indexing services. Improve gas efficiency, upgradeability, reliability, and contract security. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and edge-case tests. Identify vulnerabilities, logic errors, and potential attack vectors. Prepare contracts and deployment scripts for testnet and production environments. Document technical decisions, contract interfaces, and deployment procedures. Communicate progress, risks, and proposed solutions clearly. Preferred Experience Strong professional experience with Solidity and EVM-compatible networks. Experience developing and testing production-quality smart contracts. Practical knowledge of Foundry, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin, [login to view URL], viem, or similar tools. Experience with attestations, identity systems, soulbound tokens, credentials, reputation systems, or NFTs. Strong understanding of access control, signature verification, replay protection, upgrade patterns, and common smart contract vulnerabilities. Experience integrating smart contracts with web applications, wallets, RPC services, and blockchain explorers. Familiarity with contract deployment, verification, monitoring, and incident response. Ability to work independently and deliver secure, well-tested solutions. Clear communication and strong attention to technical quality.

Hi, I can support the legal, contractual and regulatory aspects of your Web3 developer-reputation platform while your engineering team handles the smart-contract development. I am a Bar Council-enrolled practising advocate with 5+ years of experience in technology law, legal drafting, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts and litigation. I also hold an LL.M. in Cyber Law. I can review the proposed platform and workflows from a legal perspective, including wallet-based identity, attestations, credentials, reputation records, NFTs/soulbound tokens, ownership and access rights, IP, privacy/data protection, liability, user rights and regulatory risks. I can also draft/review Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, developer/user agreements, IP provisions, disclaimers, risk disclosures and Web3-specific contractual documentation, while coordinating with the technical team to translate legal requirements into workable product provisions. I would be transparent that I am not applying as a engineer; my role would be to provide the legal framework support. I have professional work setups in both Delhi and Lucknow and can coordinate efficiently with your team remotely. I’d be happy to begin with a legal-risk review of the platform and proposed architecture, followed by the required documentation.

Hello, A developer reputation platform lives or dies on whether an attestation can be forged, so the parts I would look at first are the access control and the authorization path: who may write a reputation record, under what proof, and what happens when the same wallet tries twice. What I bring is contract development, integration and testing: profiles, attestations and credential contracts, wallet-based authorization, the indexing and backend wiring, and a test suite that covers the edge cases rather than the happy path. Gas and upgradeability I treat as design constraints from the start, not as a later pass. I will be straight with you on one point: I am a developer, not a formal security auditor. I write contracts defensively and I test them hard, and for a platform holding reputation claims I would recommend an independent audit before mainnet regardless of who writes the code. Two questions to scope properly: which chain and toolchain are you on today, and is the existing architecture documented or would I be reading the contracts to map it? Best regards, Eric
