Small Search Engine Optimization Program

I'm looking for a programmer to create a small search engine optimization program that will tell you how competitive specific keywords are. I've written very detailed specs which I have attached below.

The programming and logic should be very simple. Because the logic of the program is very simple, I would like it to look very professional. I would like the program to have a "skin", so it doesn't look like the typical gray default GUI.

If you have experience with skins, please provide me with examples. Thanks and I hope to work with you soon.
