The project is developing a connector between Shopify and Salesforce. The connector needs to consume custom objects in Salesforce and show the Salesforce data on Shopify pages. It is only getting the Salesforce data and not posting data to Salesforce. Also, the data will be mainly informative data like blogs and news posts. So, the connector will not need to consume a lot of Salesforce endpoints. There are only around 50 fields that need to be consumed. The connector needs to be added eventually to the Shopify marketplace. When the end-user installs the plugin, it needs to add the needed table structure and functionalities to the Shopify account to be able to handle the data coming from Salesforce and to generate the needed pages at the frontend site. The connector needs to have some configuration pages to add the Salesforce OAuth credentials. Fort his project; you don’t need to have Salesforce knowledge. The salesforce credentials and API have been set up already. You need to know how to consume an API and to handle OAuth authenticated.
