We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that is not afraid of going the extra mile, with good work ethic and is fluent in English.
Job Title: Customer Service Expert Needed For Client support and order fulfillment on Shopify
Job Classification: Full-time.
Work hours:
Shift 1: 8 am to 1 pm CET;
Shift 2: 3 pm- 6 pm CET;
Monday to Saturday
ABOUT US: We create Shopify websites and provide other dropshipping-related services as well. Our main focus is helping people who aspire to start an eCommerce business or want to start advertising for their existing eCommerce website.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your main responsibilities will be :
1. Shopify order processing
2. Email support
Requirements:
1. Minimum Shopify experience
2. Email/chat client support experience
Other soft skills include a positive attitude and seeing all obstacles as problems that can be solved, being able to take feedback and provide feedback, and good communication skills.
Also, you should be fluent in English and have a fast internet connection. A dedicated workspace at your home is also a plus point.
You will be provided a written workflow to follow which is very thorough and has no possibility of mistakes.
We are looking for someone who can commit himself/herself to a long-term business relationship.
This is a long-term job, if you are going to work with us, you will be working for a long time on this project.
JOB EXCLUSIVITY: Based on our past experience, we ask the job exclusivity from our candidates, which means when working for us, you can NOT overtake a new job offer (even part-time) simultaneously, and focus on only our company.
In case one day you want to leave, we want you to provide at least 2 weeks of notice to give us the time to organize a substitute
In order to be considered, you should have a minimum of experience with Shopify, know the dropshipping concept, and also reply to these questions:

Once you do that, we will have a call to know you better and ask you a few questions. In case, we decide to proceed, there will be a trial period of 1-2 weeks where you’ll learn all the processes and see if this job is for you and also if you are a good fit for the company.
After that, a long-term contract will be proposed. The payout is $600 monthly and a $50 bonus monthly if all the tasks are executed as per instructions. The payouts are once a month (1st day of every month).
