1. We now offer in-store pickup and are running into an issue where when someone adds a product to cart and navigates to check out, the default "Delivery" option selected is "Ship". This is an issue when online inventory out of stock because consumers don't catch the "not available message" and proceed to check out. When Warehouse inventory is out of stock (so based on a specific Sales Channel), we'd like the "Ship" delivery option to be removed/grayed out altogether 2. Our "Sold Out" labels (like the "New" labels you see here: [login to view URL]) currently apply only when our Total Inventory of all sales channels is at 0 or below, which is a Shopify default. We'd like these "Sold Out" labels to only apply based on Warehouse (a singular sales channel) inventory. 3. Once within a PDP (like this [login to view URL]) there is a green check mark that calls out in-store pick up. We'd like to add a line that also calls out if available Online. For example: "Online: Sold Out | Pickup: Available at [locations]

Hi, I will address the project requirements by modifying the delivery options to remove or gray out the "Ship" option when warehouse inventory is out of stock, customize the "Sold Out" labels to apply based on warehouse inventory only, and add a line on the product detail page to indicate online availability status alongside in-store pickup information. Let's discuss this further. Regards, Sai Bhaskar

Hello, I understand that you are looking to enhance the checkout experience on your Shopify store, specifically regarding in-store pickup and inventory management. With my extensive experience in Shopify development, I can help address these issues effectively. For the delivery option, I can implement a logic that will gray out the "Ship" option anytime your warehouse inventory is out of stock. Regarding the "Sold Out" labels, I can customize them to reflect the specific warehouse inventory rather than the overall inventory. Finally, I will add the desired message indicating online availability alongside the in-store pickup message. One suggestion I have is to ensure the user experience is seamless by adding tooltips for each label to increase clarity. Best regards,

✨ SHOPIFY CUSTOM LOGIC FIXES — INVENTORY & DELIVERY FLOW ✨ Hi! I’m Anmol — a developer with 5+ years of experience working on Shopify customization, especially inventory logic and checkout behavior. This isn’t just a small fix—it’s about correcting how inventory and delivery options behave, so customers don’t get confused or place incorrect orders. Understanding of your issues: “Ship” option showing even when warehouse stock is unavailable “Sold Out” labels based on total inventory instead of specific sales channel (Warehouse) PDP not clearly showing Online vs Pickup availability How this will be handled: Customize Shopify logic (Liquid + JS) to hide/disable “Ship” option when warehouse stock is unavailable Modify product/collection logic so “Sold Out” is based only on Warehouse inventory Update PDP to display clear status: ➝ Online: Available / Sold Out ➝ Pickup: Available with location All changes will be done without breaking existing theme functionality and tested properly across pages. What you’ll get: ➡️ Correct delivery option behavior at checkout ➡️ Accurate “Sold Out” labels based on warehouse stock ➡️ Clear product availability messaging (Online + Pickup) ➡️ Clean, stable implementation Timeline: 1–2 days ➤ Focus is on logic accuracy + smooth user experience, not just quick fixes. ➤ Ready to start immediately and resolve this properly. — Anmol

Hi, I’ll address the checkout delivery option issue by modifying the cart logic to ensure the "Ship" option is grayed out when inventory is unavailable for the specified sales channel. This will prevent confusion during checkout and enhance the user experience. For the "Sold Out" labels, I’ll customize the logic to apply these labels based solely on the Warehouse inventory, rather than the total inventory across all sales channels, ensuring that customers see accurate stock levels. Regarding the product detail page (PDP), I’ll implement a clear indicator to show online availability alongside in-store pickup options. This will provide essential information to customers, enhancing their purchasing decisions. I have extensive experience with Shopify and customizations like these, ensuring a seamless integration and user clarity. I’m ready to begin immediately to optimize your store's functionality. Thank you.

I can help you quickly resolve the in-store pickup issue so your checkout experience is smooth and reliable. From your description, it sounds like there’s a conflict between the new pickup option and how products are currently added or processed in the cart. I’ve worked on similar ecommerce problems, including refining shipping vs. pickup logic, fixing cart/checkout errors, and ensuring accurate order handling in Shopify and custom setups. This includes debugging theme or app conflicts and cleaning up how line items and fulfillment options are applied. My approach would be to reproduce the issue, review your theme/apps and shipping settings, then adjust the logic so pickup behaves correctly without affecting standard shipping orders. I’ll also test key edge cases before handing it back. I would love to chat more about your project! Regards

Dear Sahibzada, I understand you're encountering significant challenges with your in-store pickup options, particularly regarding default delivery settings when items are out of stock. I propose to adjust the user experience by removing or graying out the shipping option when inventory levels are insufficient for specific sales channels. This will ensure customers are fully aware of product availability. Additionally, I can customize your "Sold Out" labels to reflect inventory based solely on your Warehouse, rather than total inventory across all sales channels. This precision will give your customers accurate information at a glance. On the Product Detail Page (PDP), I can enhance the visibility of product availability by including a line that specifies whether an item is available online, in addition to in-store pickup. My expertise in HTML, Svelte, Shopify Development, and CSS, combined with my commitment to producing effective, intuitive web solutions, makes me an ideal candidate for this project. What specific sales channels do you want to adjust the inventory settings for? Looking forward to your thoughts!

I can help you quickly resolve the in-store pickup issue on your site and ensure the cart and checkout flows work exactly as intended. This is directly aligned with my experience fixing ecommerce logic around shipping methods, pickup options, and conditional cart behavior. I’ve worked extensively with Shopify/WooCommerce-style setups, custom carts, and theme code where pickup, delivery, and shipping rules conflict. I’ve debugged similar problems where adding products, changing locations, or switching fulfillment methods caused unexpected errors or wrong options at checkout. My approach would be to reproduce the bug, trace the logic behind cart updates and pickup rules, adjust or refactor the conditions, then test all edge cases before deployment. I would love to chat more about your project! Regards

✨Happy Day✨ As a seasoned full-stack developer, I am confident in my ability to solve the particular issues you're facing with both the in-store pickup functionality and managing sold-out items. I have hands-on experience designing and implementing e-commerce solutions on Shopify which gives me an intimate understanding of its workings. For your first issue, I understand the problem in depth: you want the 'Ship' option removed or grayed out when the online inventory is out of stock based on specific Sales Channels. Having tackled similar matters before, I have the necessary expertise to fine-tune this feature with precision ensuring a seamless shopping experience for your customers. In regards to the 'Sold Out' labels, I understand your need to apply them solely based on Warehouse inventory rather than Total Inventory across all sales channels. I will employ well-thought-out algorithms and proficient coding like you can see in my previous works to ensure that these labels render correctly reflecting precisely on how much Warehouse inventory is left. For the PDP page, have no fear! I will add a line that distinctly differentiates when a product is sold out during online or in-store but still available either virtuall Thanks!

Hello, With my experience in frontend UI development and deep understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, I'm confident that I can handle these tasks seamlessly. For your first issue, I can ensure that the "Ship" option is automatically removed or grayed out when a product is out of stock based on your specified Sales Channel. This will alleviate any confusion during checkout and improve the user experience. In regards to the second challenge, I'll modify the "Sold Out" labels to be based only on Warehouse inventory rather than a cumulative measure across all sales channels. By customizing this functionality, your site will provide accurate information to customers at all times, reducing any potential disappointment in the purchasing process. Finally, for the third task, I'll enhance your Product Display Page (PDP) with a line display that indicates whether a product is available for in-store pickup or online purchase while also mentioning its availability status such as "Online: Sold Out | Pickup: Available at [locations]". This will help customers make informed decisions about placing their orders. In a nutshell, my skillset and knowledge of web development combined with my commitment to prioritize fast performance and smooth user experience make me the ideal candidate for this project. Let's work together to enhance your online store and streamline the order fulfillment process with clarity for your customers. Thanks!

Hello, Building and maintaining reliable, high-traffic applications is where I thrive. I examine products from both a technical standpoint and what users will see, ensuring the finished result is impervious and user-friendly. By leveraging my skills and understanding of Shopify, I can swiftly remove or gray out this option based on warehouse inventory levels to halt any confusion for your consumers. Similarly, for the second issue regarding "Sold Out" labels, I would ensure these labels only show as soon as warehouse inventory hits zero. Lastly, in enhancing your product's page (PDP), I am more than capable of adding a line that highlights in-store pick up availability while indicating online unavailability. With my skill set and experience in web design and development, providing precise information to your customers ensuring a seamless journey becomes second nature. Hello Sahibzada, I can fix these Shopify challenges with a precise, performance-minded approach that keeps your customers happy and your admins unburdened. For issue 1, I’ll implement a warehouse-driven stock check that disables or grays out the default Ship option whenever warehouse inventory is out of stock, preventing checkout on out-of-stock paths. Issue 2 will be addressed by scoping Sold Out labeling strictly to Warehouse channel stock levels, so you never mislead customers when other channels reflect zero inventory. Issue 3 will add a clear status line on PDPs showing both Online and Pickup availability, e.g., "Online: Sold Out | Pickup: Available at locations". The solution will be implemented with JavaScript, Svelte, and Shopify theme customization, ensuring smooth integration with existing payment gateways and a responsive UI with clean CSS/HTML. I’ll structure the work as a small, auditable sprint: - Audit current inventory feeds by channel - Implement channel-scoped Sold Out logic - Add PDP copy and status line for online/pickup availability - Test across devices and payment flows Best regards,

Hi Chance,! I can help fix the checkout default to prioritize in-store pickup when ship inventory is low. i've built 135+ WordPress sites in the last 2 years, including WooCommerce stores with custom checkout logic. So Shopify's checkout flow is familiar territory. The core issue is the default selection logic, when online stock is unavailable, the system should auto-select pickup instead of ship. I'll adjust the checkout script to detect inventory status and set the correct default. This is a quick fix, likely 1-2 hours. i'm offering a competitive rate to build my Freelancer profile with quality work and solid reviews. Ready to start immediately. Artur

Hi, I can help you fix these Shopify issues around inventory logic, pickup/ship options, and product availability messaging. I have experience working with Shopify theme customization (Liquid, JavaScript, and cart/checkout logic) and handling multi-location inventory setups. Here’s how I’ll approach your requirements: • Adjust delivery logic so “Ship” is disabled/hidden when warehouse inventory is out of stock for the relevant sales channel • Modify sold-out label logic to reference warehouse (specific location inventory) instead of total inventory across all channels • Update product page (PDP) to show clear availability status like “Online: Sold Out | Pickup: Available at [locations]” • Ensure changes are theme-safe and do not break Shopify updates or performance I’ll make sure everything works smoothly in both cart and product pages, and that customers clearly see availability before checkout. Quick question: • Are you using Shopify Markets / multiple locations or a custom warehouse app for inventory control? I can start immediately. Best regards, Raul

Hey — saw your post about the in-store pickup issue when someone adds a product to cart. Sounds like the behavior logic around pickup vs standard checkout is clashing somewhere in your theme or app setup. Quick question before I suggest an approach: Are you using a specific app for in-store pickup, or is this handled natively in your ecom platform/theme? I’ve fixed similar checkout and cart-flow conflicts before, especially where new fulfillment methods (like pickup) break existing logic. If you can share your store link or a quick Loom / screenshots of the current flow, I’ll take a look and tell you exactly what’s going wrong and how we can fix it.

Hey — saw your post about the in-store pickup issue on your project for Sahibzada. Sounds like the cart/checkout flow isn’t handling that new option cleanly, which usually leads to confused customers or abandoned carts. Quick question: Is the problem happening at the cart level (e.g. shipping options showing incorrectly) or only at checkout after the address/pickup is selected? I’ve fixed similar pickup vs shipping logic issues before in custom ecommerce setups, where adding one new fulfillment option breaks existing rules. If you can share the full job description, a link to the site, or a quick screenshot of the issue, I’ll take a look and tell you exactly what’s going wrong and how I’d fix it.
