The task involves purchasing a local prepaid SIM card, completing the local registration, activating it on-site to ensure international roaming is functional, and shipping the physical card to me in Mainland China via a premium international courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Detailed Scope of Work: Step 1: Purchase the Digicel SIM Card Go to a local Digicel official store. Purchase one Prepaid (Pay-As-You-Go) SIM card. (Do NOT buy a postpaid/monthly contract). Note: You will need to complete the local real-name registration required by St. Lucia authorities using a valid ID/passport. Step 2: On-Site Activation & Top-Up Insert the SIM card into a mobile phone while you are still in Saint Lucia (this is critical; it cannot be activated after leaving the island). Top up the account with $20 USD (or equivalent in XCD) to ensure the card has a positive balance. Make a test call or send a local text to verify the SIM card is fully active. Step 3: Enable & Verify International Roaming Ensure that International Roaming is fully turned on and active. Confirm with the store clerk or check the account settings to ensure this prepaid SIM can receive SMS messages globally (specifically in Mainland China). Step 4: App Setup Download the official operator app (MyDigicel App) on your phone, register the account using the new number, and hand over the login credentials (username/password) to me so I can manage the card online later. Step 5: Shipping Safely pack the physical SIM card and ship it to my address in Mainland China using DHL, FedEx, or UPS (with a valid tracking number).
