I am looking for an advanced powershell script that will perform several functions.
A basic scenario is as follows:
1. I download/export an excel file with several columns from Active Directory that contain the "Name", "Description" and OU field of many users.
The script (if possible) should do the following:

For each user in the excel, it should get the Managers name and email address and update that into the same excel, (as forth and fifth colum) otherwise a new file can be created if this is problematic. Also, if a user for example, in AD doesn't have a manager listed, that user row in excel should reflect this. E.g. maybe colour that row or mention a comment no manager found.
3. Then sending a email to all manager' email addresses with a template message. Again if this can't be done, we can always use mail merger.
Need this done as quickly as possible.
