Need a SharePoint list system that we can then export into sage (or do this automatic). We need to allow up to 50 users the ability to enter part numbers, description, supplier, prices etc of parts (from list or enter new ones). Each user will have a maximum amount they can spend (admin variable), if they exceed this then before a purchase order is assigned then it will be sent for clearance to admin (4 admin managers).
When the purchase order has been cleared it will send the order to the supplier automatically and then add to a SharePoint list (different to the one containing materials) and a pdf list generated of the order. When materials have been received then the user will receipt them and this will be entered into the sharepoint list.
