I have a SharePoint list with roughly thirty columns (single-line text, multi-line text, dates, single-choice fields and an attachment column). I’ll export the schema for you, but what I need is a responsive PowerApps form that writes directly to this list and respects every data type. Once the form is live, a Power Automate flow must drive a simple approval life-cycle: an immediate notification when a submission is saved, followed by additional emails at each status change right through to closure. I’ll spell out the exact stages and recipients—think submission, manager review, final sign-off—so the flow can branch as required. Deliverables: • PowerApps canvas app tied to the existing list, including attachment handling • Power Automate flow that sends the staged emails and updates list columns accordingly • A short hand-off note (or screen-share) so I can adjust recipients or wording later If you’ve built similar SharePoint-connected apps before, this should be quick work; the focus is clean form generation, reliable data capture, and clear notifications. Let me know your timeline and any clarifying questions.

❤️❤️❤️ Greetings ❤️❤️❤️ I have carefully reviewed your Power Apps / SharePoint Form Automation requirement and understand that the objective is to replace manual processing with a structured Microsoft 365 workflow. I am Ozgur Ozbas, a Full-Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in application development, APIs, databases, authentication, business workflows, and process automation. I can build the solution around SharePoint + Power Apps + Power Automate, with the form, data storage, validation, workflow logic, notifications, approvals, and audit trail working together as one process. The implementation can include: • Custom Power Apps form • SharePoint Lists and structured data • Business-rule validation • Automated Power Automate workflows • Conditional approval routing • Email/Teams notifications • Multi-level approval process • Status tracking • Automated reminders/escalations • Attachments and supporting documents • Approval history/audit trail • Role-based access • Reporting/status views • Testing and deployment • Documentation and user handover I will keep the workflow logic maintainable and avoid hard-coding individual users wherever possible. Approvers, thresholds and business rules can be stored in configuration lists so your team can update them without rebuilding the entire workflow. Q1. Which SharePoint form and business process should be automated first? Q2. Are the approval levels and business rules already defined?

Hi, Your project is straightforward, and I've built similar SharePoint-based Power Apps solutions with approval workflows. The Canvas App will be connected directly to your existing SharePoint list, supporting all column types—including attachments, choice fields, dates, and multi-line text—while keeping the form responsive and easy to use. I'll also build the Power Automate workflow to handle each approval stage, send email notifications, update the list status, and support branching based on your review process. Once everything is complete, I'll provide a short handover session so you can easily update recipients or email content yourself. I have 7+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365, and I'm available to start immediately. A couple of quick questions: * Will users need to edit submitted requests after submission? * Do you already have the approval stages defined, or should I help design the workflow? Looking forward to discussing the project. Mugesh R

Hi, I can build the responsive Power Apps canvas form directly against your SharePoint list, correctly mapping all field types and handling attachments. I’ll implement the Power Automate approval lifecycle with status-based branching, staged notifications, recipient routing, and SharePoint updates. The solution will remain easy to maintain, with clear configuration for future recipient or email wording changes and a concise hand-off covering ongoing adjustments. A few questions: * Are approval stages strictly sequential or can they run in parallel? * Should attachments remain stored within the SharePoint list? * Can users manually change the status, or only the flow? Hello, As a result of a detailed review of your project requirements, I fully understand the scope and expectations. I have experience building SharePoint-connected PowerApps forms and Power Automate workflows, and I’m available to start your project right away. The main focus here will be creating a responsive Canvas App that correctly handles all ~30 SharePoint column types, including multiline fields, dates, choice controls, validations, and attachments, while keeping data submission reliable. For the workflow, I can build a Power Automate approval process that triggers on submission, sends notifications at each stage, branches for manager/final approval, updates the related SharePoint status fields, and continues through closure. I’ll also structure recipients and email content so you can easily modify them later. I have a couple of quick questions. • Will users edit existing submissions as well as create new ones? • Should approvals be handled directly by email/Teams approval actions, or only through status updates and notification emails? I expect this can be completed within 2–3 days once I receive the list schema and approval stages. I’m ready to start immediately and would be glad to discuss the workflow details. Best regards, Carlos.

Hello. I see you need automation around a SharePoint list with around thirty columns handling different field types and form workflows. I've built app-driven automation solutions using Microsoft technologies and have direct experience with App Development connecting data sources to custom interfaces and automated triggers. My work with Microsoft Access and database-driven applications translates well to structuring multi-column lists, validation rules, and form submissions that feed into automated processes. Here's how I'd approach this: - Map all thirty columns by type and identify which fields need validation, conditional logic, or triggers - Design the form interface to handle single-line text, multi-line text, and date fields with appropriate controls and user experience - Set up the automation workflow to process form submissions, update the SharePoint list, and handle any notifications or downstream actions What specific actions or notifications do you need triggered when the form is submitted or when certain column values change? I can start right away and work through the details over Freelancer messages to get the form and automation running smoothly. Best regards, Jordan Rafael

Hi, The part that decides this build isn't the form, it's the status column. A flow that runs on "item modified" will fire again the moment the flow itself writes a status back, so approvers get the same email twice and the loop keeps going until you switch it off. It gets fixed with a trigger condition and a separate stage-tracking column, and that decision has to be made before a single branch is drawn.

Hi — Bravion here from Cleveland. I understand you need a responsive PowerApps form connected to your SharePoint list with about thirty columns, plus a Power Automate flow to manage an approval lifecycle with notifications at each stage. Here’s how I plan to approach this: - Build a clean, user-friendly PowerApps canvas app that respects all data types, including attachments - Develop a Power Automate flow that triggers notifications on submission and status changes, with branching logic for different approval stages - Provide a concise hand-off guide or screen-share session so you can easily update recipients or email content later A couple of questions to clarify: 1. Could you share the exact stages and recipients for the approval flow? 2. Are there any specific validation rules or conditional formatting you want on the form fields? I’ve created similar SharePoint-PowerApps integrations and approval workflows before, ensuring smooth data capture and reliable notifications. Looking forward to helping you get this done quickly and efficiently. Happy to discuss details anytime!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hi, I recently worked on Microsoft 365 automation projects involving SharePoint lists, PowerApps forms, and Power Automate approval workflows. I can build the responsive Canvas App around your existing 30-column schema, correctly handling each field type and attachments. I’ll then create the approval flow with status-based notifications, recipient branching, and automatic SharePoint updates. I’ll first map and validate the SharePoint schema, build the form, then configure and test each approval stage. I’ll keep you updated throughout and provide a short hand-off guide so you can easily modify recipients or email wording later. I can start immediately and deliver this quickly. Thanks

✅ Are any SharePoint columns required, conditionally visible, or dependent on another choice field? ✅ Should users be able to edit submissions after saving, and must attachments remain editable during each approval stage? ✅ What exact status values trigger each email, and should approvals use Power Automate approval actions or only status driven notifications? The form will work well only if SharePoint data types, validation rules, attachment behavior, and approval permissions are mapped precisely. The main risks are attachment failures, invalid choice values, delegation limits, duplicate emails, permission conflicts, and flows retriggering themselves. I would first inspect the exported list schema and existing permissions, then build a test form and trace one submission through every status transition before completing the full workflow.

Hi there, We will build the PowerApps canvas form for your SharePoint list, including attachment handling and correct treatment of text, date, and choice fields, then connect the Power Automate approval flow so submission, review, and final sign-off notifications update the list cleanly. Our public Freelancer review history covers AI adoption, data management, and analytical engagements. If you share the exported schema and the exact status stages, we can align the workflow logic precisely. This first workstream is limited to scope confirmation, current-state assessment and prioritised roadmap for PowerApps–SharePoint Form Automation -- 2. Broader implementation would be scoped separately on Freelancer. Best Regards, 8veer

Hi there, I understand you need a responsive PowerApps canvas form connected directly to your existing SharePoint list, with all 30+ fields mapped correctly according to their data types, including attachments. I am confident I can build this cleanly while keeping the solution easy for your team to maintain. My approach is to first map the exported SharePoint schema into the PowerApps form, configure each field and validation appropriately, and ensure attachments and list updates work reliably. I’ll then build the Power Automate approval lifecycle around your defined stages, with immediate submission notifications and conditional emails for manager review, final sign-off and closure, while updating the relevant SharePoint status fields automatically. I’ll test the complete submission-to-closure flow, including attachments, branching, status changes and email notifications, before handover. I’ll also provide a concise guide or walkthrough showing how to modify recipients, email wording and basic workflow settings. I have hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 integrations and approval workflows, and can work directly within your existing tenant. Could you share the exported SharePoint schema and the approval stages/recipient rules so I can confirm the exact build scope and timeline? Warm Regards, Aneesa.
