I have ServiceNow and Jira up and running and now need a clean Integration Hub flow that synchronises Incidents from ServiceNow to the matching project in Jira and keeps them aligned automatically every time the record changes. Here is what I need from you: • Configure the out-of-the-box ServiceNow → Jira spoke (or a custom one if required) with secure authentication for both instances. • Map the key Incident fields—number, short description, priority, state, assignee, comments, attachments—so that every update in ServiceNow instantly updates the corresponding Jira issue. • Handle creation logic: if no linked Jira issue exists, create it; otherwise update the existing one. • Build error handling and logging so failed calls are surfaced in Integration Hub and can be retried. • Walk me through a brief knowledge-transfer session so I can maintain or extend the flow later. The sync must be triggered automatically on every data update; manual or scheduled triggers are not acceptable for this phase, though the flow should be designed so we could add them easily in the future. Deliverable: a fully tested, production-ready flow packaged in an update set, plus a short README or video showing the configuration steps and a demo of an Incident updating a live Jira issue in real time.
