I need a seasoned ServiceNow professional to configure the Change Management module so it fully reflects our ITIL-aligned processes. The focus is strictly on implementation via configuration—no custom code or external integrations at this stage. I’ve worked previously on this. We have reverted everything to OOB. So ik the exact or what would be the OOB scripts or customization. For cab meetings who will be hiting the create agenda button based on that it will bring all changes to the cab meeting. If you want that should happen automatically we need to create a scheduled Job for it. Because there is no such OOB process for this. We can discuss and will create a proper solution. I have proper experience in this because I only reverted our change module to oob, Where we have used new approach that is change approval policy and change models. Flow is being used over here if you want to use workflows then we can go with the old approach, We can disucss such things in the kickoff call.
