Two websites down

I have two website that used to be in the top10 for alot of keywords

They are still in top 10 for yahoo and bing but are totally blank on [url removed, login to view]

I have webmaster tools on both and I have filed a request to Google. They have only responded

with if we deem your website to not be in violoation then we will reactivate in several weeks

This has been going on for 4 weeks.

I need to know that this can be fixed. I need to know how long.
