I run a Shopify store and need a dependable partner who can look after it every month. The core of the job is simple: keep the site up-to-date, secure, and running fast while I focus on sales. Each week I’ll send over new products to publish and notes on any product descriptions that need a refresh. You’ll take those assets, upload or edit them, apply the right tags, check SEO fields, and confirm everything displays perfectly across devices. Behind the scenes I expect you to: • Apply theme and app updates as they are released • Run full backups and basic security scans on a regular schedule • Tweak images, code, or settings when a quick speed boost is possible • Jump on any issues—whether it’s a broken link, a checkout or payment-gateway hiccup, or a layout glitch—and resolve them without disrupting customers At the end of each month I’d like a brief summary: products added, fixes performed, current load time, and confirmation that backups are stored safely. This is a long-term, budget-friendly arrangement, so reliability and clear communication matter more to me than fancy extras.
