Link Building from .FR domains

Hello!

I need (monthly) ~60 permanent one-way backlinks from sites with PR3+ main page and PR2, PR3, PR4 page for my link, related to my site from French sites.

Requirements for sites:

1) .IT domain name.

2) No English language, only language of site location country.

3) Domain age at least 1 year.

4) Main page PR3+.

5) Traffic, > 300 per day. Site must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.

6) Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.

Requirements for link/page:

1) Links must be dofollow, permanent and static HTML.

2) Link pages and text links must be visible and indexable.

3) Page PR from 2 to 5.

4) The page where you will put my link should not have more than 10 external links!

When list of sites ready, I'll give you all information (anchor texts, my url's etc.)

Reporting:

1) Page URL with link published.

2) Domain / page PR.

3) Anchor text used.

4) Num. of external links.

5) Site traffic

I'll verify:

All links are dofollow and that the anchor text is correct, PR is ok, page indexed in google, main page indexed.

I have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines:

- Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only.

- No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text

- No [url removed, login to view] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites

- No use of automated software or bots.

- No ping sites.

- No links from under construction pages.

- No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc.

- No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings or link directories.

- Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods.

- I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

Please BID FOR 60 links/month.
